Located in Richardson, Texas, on the Northeast corner of Central Expressway service road and Arapaho Road in the Arapaho Central Park Shopping Center, the Cake Carousel started as a small cake supply store in the 1970’s.  They offer extensive classes on  the art of cake decorating from Basic Cake Decorating to advanced cake decorating with butter cream flowers and gum paste flowers.  Also offer candy making classes.  Serious cake/candy making equipment for sale in the shop.  They also bake custom cakes for any occasion.  See website for class schedule.
